Hi Antonio,

A good friend suggested it and although it is 12 years old, I believe the preparation work and approach outlined are a no nosense way to approach a target. It may be common sense to some, but for those that don't already know how to do this, I strongly recommend the book.

Best regards,
Gabor

Gabor,
thanks for the book suggestion. I find it very interesting and valuable to find out what people are reading and what they are getting from it. It's especially intriguing to learn what thought leaders are reading. Keep us posted on your reading list. By the way the book you mentioned is relatively old: how did you hear about it?

Hello Gabor,

Right, challenging times force people to be more creative & innovative, as they need to move on or die. It should create big opportunities for change and project management.
I believe that Six Sigma & Lean are evolving with the new theory from Steve Tower about Successful Customer Outcomes and CEMM. Check stevetowers.com

Cheers
